Return/ Damage Policy
First off, if you are considering a return, you have likely ordered from us and we owe you a "Thank You"! Nothing makes us happier than receiving notifications that we have an order!
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Yes, clothing items are eligible for return for store credit if they are returned to Cowbabes Designs within 7 days of you receiving the item(s).. that is the delivery date of the item(s) provided by its tracking number on the order (Example: If received on the 7th it needs to be in the mail by the 14th). These returns MUST be unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, and with tags still attached! If the items are not received back under these conditions, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at their cost. YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN IN THE MAIL.
CHRISTMAS EXTENSTION... ORDERS PLACED FROM NOVEMBER 15TH TO DECEMBER 25 MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT AS LONG AS COWBABES DESIGNS IS CONTACTED ABOUT SAID RETURN BY JANUARY 1ST. (EX. Your order was placed on November 20th, and you contact Cowbabes on January 3rd, your order would NOT be returnable... You contact Cowbabes on January 1st, and your order IS returnable!)

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?
Due to the high volume of orders, we DO NOT do exchanges. There are no exceptions to this. Meaning, If the item(s) you're wanting to exchange for is in stock when you ship back your return, that we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive the returned item(s) and your store credit is issued. The best way to return and item and get the item you want is to return your item ASAP and then have the item you want in your cart and be ready to check out as soon as your store credit is issued!
IS MY ORDER OR ITEM FINAL SALE?
What you CAN NOT return is any Sale items, Grab Bags, Deal Bundles, item(s) or orders marked down 20% or more, swim wear, ANY jewelry, Hats, Shoes, Pre-Order Items, Holiday items, and NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are available for return.

Seasonal items, bralettes, purses, purse straps, keychains of any sorts, backpacks, bags, wallets, belts, belt buckles, wild rags, tumblers, koozies, hats of any sorts, any kitchen items or home décor.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may only cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not been prepped for shipping or has been shipped already.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER TO REPLACE WITH A DISCOUNT?
No canceling orders for discount codes to be used for a new order. Any discount code MUST be entered in BEFORE placing the order, no exceptions. We CANNOT edit and add any discounts to placed orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR ITEM(S)?
Please reach out to us via email at cowbabesdesigns@gmail.com before 2 days has passed of receiving the damaged item(s) with picture proof of the damage item(s). A prepaid label will be sent to you via email after picture proof is presented of the damaged/wrong item(s). The item(s) MUST be sent back to Cowbabes within the 5 days of receiving the item(s). Once received we will then issue store credit for the damaged item(s). No exchanges, as we have a high volume of orders and cannot promise the item(s) being in stock after the item(s) is received. We do NOT replace any damaged items after 1 week of the item delivering. NO exceptions. As of after 1 week, the damage to the item is on you as the customer.
(Examples: Item is delivered to customer on the 11th, we must be contacted with picture proof by the 13th. Item must be in the mail to return for store credit by the 16th.)
